Fundamental principles of inorganic chemistry including atomic structure, bonding models for molecules and solids, symmetry, acid/base chemistry, oxidation-reduction, and metal-ligand complexes.

Prerequisite(s)
  One year of college level chemistry
  College physics is recommended

10-02-08	Updated due date for PS1 (10/21) The due dates for PS2 and PS3 are not yet decided. Updated the errata link, note there is an important fix to solve a PS1 problem. I will update the errata periodically through the term.
10-06-08	A clarification on PS1, problem 3: " the first 20 terms (arising from 20 shortest distances) " for example, there are 6 nearest neighbors, but all of these count as just 1 term.
