Important Notice for Interested Chinese Graduate Applicants
Over the past several years, Professor Rich G. Carter
visited Shanghai, China in late February or early March in order to
meet individually with prospective graduate students. Professor Carter
intends to be returning to Shanghai, China in 2008 to conduct
interviews with selected students. In
order to have your application considered for the interview process, we
must have received your completed application by February 1, 2008.
