The symposium will provide an opportunity for attending faculty to meet with high caliber students, many of whom are likely to be interested in pursuing graduate research careers in the near future. Faculty wishing to attend the symposium must complete the registration form and submit it via e-mail to the symposium secretary before July 28. Early registration is recommended and we ask that you please do not make any firm travel plans until receiving our confirmation that your place at the symposium is assured.

Faculty attendees will be expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses, and a registration fee of $30 will be charged (waived for lecture session chairs). Hotel rooms are plentiful in Corvallis during the mid-summer, alternatively a number of single occupancy dorm-type rooms will be made available in Halsell Hall for those seeking inexpensive accommodation ($44 per night). The closest hotel to the symposium site is the Hilton Garden Inn (2500 SW Western Av) on the southern edge of the OSU campus.
