| Symposium Program (in Memorial Union Building, OSU campus) |
|||||||
The scientific program consists of a mix of student oral and poster presentations throughout the day, and concludes with a key-note lecture by the inaugural guest speaker, Prof. Jonathan Ellman (UC Berkeley). Oral presentations are grouped into thematically linked sub-sessions each with four student lectures. The poster session will follow lunch and allow the opportunity for a diverse selection of organic chemistry research topics to be discussed in a less formal setting. Prizes will be awarded at the evening social event to recognize the best talk, poster, and symposium participant. A confirmed final schedule and book of abstracts will be distributed among participants during registration on the day of the symposium. Click on presenter names to link to research abstract (pdf). Provisional schedule (ML = Main Lounge; JR = Journey Room; AP = Avery Park):

| Symposium venue: Memorial Union Building, OSU campus | |||||||
| The symposium will take place in the Journey Room (lectures) and Main Lounge (lunch and posters) of the historic Memorial Union building which lies at the heart of the OSU campus. The MU facility boasts one of the most architecturally impressive buildings on campus and provides many different services to the OSU community (e.g., restaurants, campus information, ATMs, telephones, e-mail access points, convenience store, etc.). All levels of the MU are fully accessible to the disabled (ramp access, elevators etc.) and a wireless guest internet service is available throughout the entire building. For campus maps and directions to the MU, see [LINK].
